• Now turn off the printer and then restart your computer.

• Look in the paper tray of your printer and ensure that it is loaded.

• Now double click on the printer icon.

Method 2: Fix Adobe/Acrobat Installation Issue

• Shut down Acrobat/Adobe in all the open web browser windows.

• The Setup dialogue box will appear; choose Next.

Method 3: Clear Cookies and Cache

6. In the search bar, type “intuit” to find Intuit cookies.
7. Select the Trash Can icon or the Remove All Shown button.
8. Restart Google Chrome.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox, then select Firefox from the drop-down menu on the top left.
2. Choose Preferences
3. Click on Privacy and Security
4. Under Cookies and Site Data, select Manage Data.
5. Enter “intuit” in the search field and press Enter.
6. Choose Remove All Shown
7. Click on Save Changes
8. Restart Mozilla

Safari Browser- 

1. Open Safari then selects Safari from the drop-down menu next to the apple icon on the upper left.
2. Choose Preferences
3. Choose Privacy and then go to Manage Website Data
4. In the search bar, type “intuit” to find Intuit cookies.
5. Click on Remove All
6. Click on Remove Now
7. Now choose Done
8. Restart Safari

Method 4- Print Sales form in QBO

This method is highly specific if print or preview in QuickBooks online does not work and you want to print sales form. It just requires you to make minor changes:- 

• Click on the Sales tab
• Choose All sales
• Now open sales transaction in question
• Select Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview once again.
• Press Print
• A window will appear, and press More settings
• Choose Paper size drop-down menu, select letter
• Unmark Fit to Page, make sure that the scaling is set at 100
• Now click on Print
