  • Now turn off the printer and then restart your computer.
  • Now turn your printer back on.
  • Look in the paper tray of your printer and ensure that it is loaded. 
  • Go to Control panel from windows option. Now click on ‘Printers and faxes‘.
  • Click on the printer icon and select the ‘Use printer Online’ option if your printer is offline. 
  • Now double click on the printer icon.
  • Click on the Printer button on the top right corner and press ‘Cancel All Documents’.
  • Restart your system now.

Method 2: Fix Adobe/Acrobat Installation Issue

Adobe and Acrobat play an important role in printing purposes. You might be facing the error due to issues with either of them. Try fixing such issues by following these steps:-

  • Shut down Acrobat/Adobe in all the open web browser windows.
  • Click on the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  • Open Control Panel, search for it if you can’t find it.
  • Press on Programs and Features and choose Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Now click on Uninstall/Change.
  • The Setup dialogue box will appear; choose Next.
  • Now choose Repair and Next.
  • Choose Install. Click on Finish once the process is complete.
  • Now restart the computer and log back into your account

Method 3: Clear Cookies and Cache

For Google Chrome– 

  1. Click the More button in the top right corner, which looks like three dots.
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Then go to Site Settings, then Privacy and security.
  4. Under Content, choose Cookies and site data.
  5. Now choose  See all cookies and site data
  6. In the search bar, type “intuit” to find Intuit cookies.
  7. Select the Trash Can icon or the Remove All Shown button.
  8. Restart Google Chrome.

For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox, then select Firefox from the drop-down menu on the top left.
  2. Choose Preferences
  3. Click on Privacy and Security
  4. Under Cookies and Site Data, select Manage Data.
  5. Enter “intuit” in the search field and press Enter.
  6. Choose Remove All Shown
  7. Click on Save Changes
  8. Restart Mozilla

For Safari Browser- 

  1. Open Safari then selects Safari from the drop-down menu next to the apple icon on the upper left.
  2. Choose Preferences
  3. Choose Privacy and then go to Manage Website Data
  4. In the search bar, type “intuit” to find Intuit cookies.
  5. Click on Remove All
  6. Click on Remove Now
  7. Now choose Done
  8. Restart Safari

Method 4- Print Sales form in QBO

This method is highly specific if print or preview in QuickBooks online does not work and you want to print sales form. It just requires you to make minor changes:- 

  • Click on the Sales tab
  • Choose All sales
  • Now open sales transaction in question
  • Select Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview once again.
  • Press Print
  • A window will appear, and press More settings
  • Choose Paper size drop-down menu, select letter
  • Unmark Fit to Page, make sure that the scaling is set at 100
  • Now click on Print
